This Privacy Policy explains how ASOORAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, processes, and shares information when you use the ASOORAI mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use ASOORAI and the permissions you provide, we may collect the following categories of information.

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide within the App, such as:

  • Name or nickname;

  • Email address, if provided;

  • User preferences and settings;

  • Information you provide when contacting us for support.

1.2 Chat and AI Interaction Data

When you interact with AI-powered features, we may process:

  • Messages and prompts you send;

  • AI-generated responses;

  • Information necessary to maintain conversation context.

Your messages may be transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence service providers in order to generate responses and provide AI-powered functionality.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, or other confidential information in conversations with AI characters.

1.3 Device and Usage Information

We and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Device type and model;

  • Operating system and version;

  • App version;

  • Device and app identifiers;

  • Language and regional settings;

  • App interactions and feature usage;

  • Crash logs;

We use third-party analytics, advertising, and attribution technologies, including AppsFlyer and technologies provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Meta).

Depending on your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, these services may collect or process information such as:

  • Device identifiers;

  • Advertising identifiers, including Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where access is permitted;

  • App installation and launch information;

  • Product interactions and other in-app events;

  • Subscription and purchase events;

  • Advertising and campaign attribution information;

  • Conversion events;

  • Device and operating system information;

  • IP address and related technical information;

  • Information about interactions with advertising campaigns.

Some of this information, including Device ID, Product Interaction, and Purchase History, may be used for tracking purposes where permitted by applicable law and Apple's policies.

We and our third-party partners may use this information for analytics, mobile attribution, measuring advertising effectiveness, understanding which advertising campaigns result in installs, subscriptions, purchases, or other actions, and optimizing our advertising and user acquisition campaigns.

Where required, tracking is performed only after obtaining the appropriate permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

1.5 Subscription and Purchase Information

ASOORAI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases that unlock premium features.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.

We may receive limited information related to purchases or subscription status, such as whether a subscription is active, the purchased product, transaction status, or other information necessary to provide premium functionality.

Premium features may include:

  • Unlimited or extended AI conversations;

  • Access to additional character content and photos;

  • Faster responses or extended conversations;

  • Other premium functionality available within the App.

Available premium features may change over time.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information described above to:

  • Provide and operate ASOORAI;

  • Generate AI-powered responses;

  • Maintain conversation functionality;

  • Personalize the user experience;

  • Provide premium features and verify subscription status;

  • Improve the App and develop new functionality;

  • Monitor App performance and stability;

  • Diagnose and fix technical problems;

  • Analyze usage and engagement;

  • Measure advertising campaign performance;

  • Attribute app installs and conversions to advertising campaigns;

  • Optimize advertising and user acquisition campaigns;

  • Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues;

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Tracking

ASOORAI may use technologies for advertising attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization.

Where required by Apple, applicable law, or platform policies, ASOORAI will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or engaging in tracking that requires such permission.

If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we will respect that choice and will not access the IDFA or engage in tracking that requires ATT permission.

Certain analytics, security, fraud prevention, and functionality may continue to operate where permitted without ATT authorization.

You can change tracking permissions at any time through your iOS privacy settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate, analyze, improve, and promote ASOORAI.

These may include:

Artificial Intelligence Providers

We may use third-party AI services to process user messages and generate AI responses. Information submitted through AI conversations may therefore be transmitted to and processed by these providers.

Firebase

We may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand App usage, monitor performance, diagnose crashes, and improve stability.

Firebase may process device information, app activity, identifiers, diagnostic information, and other technical information in accordance with Google's applicable privacy terms.

AppsFlyer

We use AppsFlyer for mobile attribution, analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign performance analysis.

AppsFlyer may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP addresses, device information, app events, installation information, attribution data, and related technical information.

We use AppsFlyer to understand how users discover ASOORAI and to measure and optimize our marketing campaigns.

Meta / Facebook

We may use technologies provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including the Meta/Facebook SDK, for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, analytics, and advertising optimization.

Depending on your permissions and applicable privacy requirements, Meta technologies may process device information, app activity, advertising identifiers where permitted, app events, conversion information, and other technical information.

Information processed by Meta is also subject to Meta's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Apple

Apple processes payments and subscriptions made through the App Store. Apple may independently process information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.

Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose or make information available to third parties when necessary to:

  • Provide AI-powered functionality;

  • Operate and maintain the App;

  • Provide analytics and crash reporting;

  • Measure advertising attribution and conversions;

  • Optimize advertising campaigns;

  • Process subscriptions and purchases;

  • Provide cloud infrastructure and hosting;

  • Detect fraud, abuse, or security threats;

  • Comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests;

  • Protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.

Third-party advertising, analytics, and attribution providers may process certain information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the App, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and improving our services.

You may also manage certain advertising and privacy settings through your Apple account and device settings.

Disabling tracking does not prevent you from using the core functionality of ASOORAI, although certain advertising measurement or attribution capabilities may become unavailable.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Processing

Some of our third-party service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region.

As a result, information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers of personal information.

11. Children's Privacy

ASOORAI is intended only for users aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If we become aware that personal information from a person under 18 has been collected in violation of this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
