1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the Spin Secrets mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and shares information when you use the App.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy also explains how third-party analytics, attribution, and advertising technologies used within the App may process certain information.

By using the App, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Spin Secrets does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as a name, email address, or phone number in order to use the App.

However, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect or process certain technical, usage, purchase, analytics, and advertising attribution information.

Depending on how you use the App, your device settings, permissions, and applicable law, this may include the categories described below.

2.1 Device and Technical Information

We and our third-party service providers may collect or process information such as:

  • Advertising identifiers, including Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where access is permitted;

We may collect information about how users interact with Spin Secrets, including:

  • App launches and sessions;

  • Features and game modes used;

  • Screen or content interactions;

  • Advertising attribution and conversion events.

This information may be used to understand how the App is used, improve its functionality, measure advertising campaign performance, and optimize our marketing activities.

2.3 Purchase Information

Spin Secrets offers optional one-time in-app purchases that may unlock additional content, game modes, or features.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive or store your complete payment card, bank account, or other payment credentials.

We and our service providers may process limited information related to purchases, such as:

  • Purchase events;

  • Purchased product or feature;

  • Transaction or purchase status;

  • Purchase value or related transaction information;

  • Information necessary to unlock or restore purchased content.

Purchase events may also be used for analytics, advertising attribution, conversion measurement, and advertising campaign optimization.

2.4 Crash and Diagnostic Data

We may collect or process diagnostic information to monitor the performance and stability of Spin Secrets, including:

  • Crash information;

  • Device and operating system information associated with a crash;

  • App version;

  • Technical diagnostic information.

This information is used to identify technical issues, improve App stability, and maintain App functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We and our service providers may use information collected through Spin Secrets to:

  • Provide and operate the App;

  • Unlock and restore purchased content;

  • Maintain and improve App functionality;

  • Understand how users interact with the App;

  • Analyze usage and engagement;

  • Monitor App performance and stability;

  • Diagnose and fix crashes and technical problems;

  • Measure advertising campaign effectiveness;

  • Attribute App installs and conversions to advertising campaigns;

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Attribution

Spin Secrets may use third-party analytics, advertising measurement, and mobile attribution technologies.

These technologies help us understand how users discover and interact with the App, determine whether an advertising campaign resulted in an installation, interaction, or purchase, measure conversions, and optimize advertising campaigns.

We may use information such as:

  • Device ID;

  • Advertising identifiers where permitted;

  • Product Interaction;

  • Purchase History and purchase events;

  • Installation and attribution information;

  • App events;

  • Campaign and conversion information.

Some of this information, including Device ID, Product Interaction, and Purchase History, may be used for tracking purposes where permitted by applicable law and Apple's policies.

Spin Secrets does not necessarily display third-party advertisements inside the App. Advertising and tracking technologies described in this Policy may instead be used to measure and optimize advertising campaigns that promote Spin Secrets on external platforms.

5. App Tracking Transparency

Spin Secrets may use technologies for advertising attribution, conversion measurement, and advertising campaign optimization.

Where required by Apple's policies, applicable law, or platform requirements, Spin Secrets will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or performing tracking that requires ATT authorization.

If you select “Ask App Not to Track”, we will respect your choice and will not access the IDFA or perform tracking that requires ATT permission.

Certain analytics, attribution, security, fraud prevention, and App functionality may continue to operate where permitted without ATT authorization.

You can review or change your tracking permission at any time through your iOS privacy settings.

6. Third-Party Services

Spin Secrets may use third-party services and software development kits (SDKs) to provide analytics, attribution, crash reporting, advertising measurement, and other functionality.

AppsFlyer

We use AppsFlyer for mobile attribution, analytics, advertising measurement, conversion measurement, and campaign performance analysis.

AppsFlyer may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, device information, installation information, App events, Product Interaction, purchase events, attribution information, and related technical information.

We use AppsFlyer to understand how users discover Spin Secrets and to measure and optimize our advertising campaigns.

Meta / Facebook

We may use technologies provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including the Meta/Facebook SDK, for advertising attribution, conversion measurement, analytics, and advertising campaign optimization.

Depending on your permissions and applicable requirements, Meta technologies may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, App activity, Product Interaction, purchase events, conversion information, and other advertising attribution information.

Information processed by Meta is also subject to Meta's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Analytics and Crash Reporting Services

We may use analytics and crash reporting technologies, including services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, where implemented in the App.

These services may process App usage, device, diagnostic, crash, and other technical information to help us understand App usage and improve performance and stability.

Apple

Apple processes downloads, in-app purchases, refunds, and other App Store transactions.

We do not receive or store users' complete payment card or banking information.

Apple processes information according to its own privacy policies and applicable terms.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be disclosed or made available to third-party service providers when necessary to:

  • Operate and maintain Spin Secrets;

  • Provide analytics and crash reporting;

  • Measure advertising attribution and conversions;

  • Measure purchase events;

  • Optimize advertising campaigns;

  • Process or verify in-app purchases;

  • Detect fraud, abuse, or security threats;

  • Comply with applicable laws or valid legal requests;

  • Protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing and improving the App, maintaining security, measuring advertising performance, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Information processed by third-party providers may be retained according to their respective privacy policies and retention practices.

Disabling tracking does not prevent you from using the core functionality of Spin Secrets, although certain advertising attribution and measurement capabilities may become unavailable.

11. Children's Privacy and Age-Restricted Content

Spin Secrets does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

The App may contain content or game modes intended for mature audiences. Certain content may be designated for users aged 18 or older.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet applicable age requirements before accessing age-restricted content.

12. Data Security
